What time do I need to return the item?
All listings are rental specific by the owner. That means the owners control the policy and if it’s not listed the following rule apply.
A one-day rental on our platform corresponds to a 24-hour window from the moment you collect the item.
For instance, if you rent an item for a day and retrieve it at 8am on Monday, by default, you’d be expected to return it by 8am on Tuesday. However, this return time can be modified if both you and the item’s owner mutually agree to a different time and have it documented in writing.
Timely returns are crucial, given that many of our lenders have consecutive rentals lined up. If you exceed the agreed-upon return time, owners have the right to impose late fees. Always ensure punctuality to maintain trust and avoid any additional charges.
