Pre-rental verification (renters only):
Pending Verification: Your profile is currently under review by our verification team. Upon checkout of a listing a package a verification link will be supplied and/or e-mailed to you. This is a one time thing and will not need to be repeated in the future.
Awaiting Approval: You’ve successfully passed the verification, and the owner has been notified of your rental request, which is pending their confirmation.
Not Accepted: Unfortunately, the owner has declined your rental request.
Accepted: Great news! The owner has approved your request.
For Both Renters and Owners:In-rental status:Starts in “X” days: The rental will commence in the stipulated number of days, having been given the go-ahead by the owner.
Cancelled: The rental request has been terminated.
In Progress: The rental period is active.
Completed: The rental span has concluded without any hitches.
Under Review: Our Resolutions team is assessing the transaction, usually triggered by issues or concerns related to the rental.
