What happens if my rental request doesn’t get Verified?

If we can’t verify your transaction and your Trustworthy Score isn’t high enough, we’ll cancel rental request for you.

Can I reapply?

It depends on why we weren’t able to verify you the first time. 

If it’s because you didn’t have the required documentation but now you do, then yes. Please retry with the correct documents for us to review.

If we’ve already gotten all the documentation we’ve asked for, but your trustworthy score still is not high enough, then unfortunately that decision will be final. Contact Verification@hubsplit.com for more info
